Builds custom internal tools

We design tools for reservations, appointments, groups, classes, and other operational processes that require a specific interface and must remain connected to HubSpot data.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

What do we mean by an internal app connected to HubSpot?

It is a tool designed to address a specific process and integrate HubSpot into your data and automation ecosystem. Depending on the use case, it can reside within the CRM via interface extensions or combine an external experience with APIs, private applications, and other components of the Developer Platform.

The final scope depends on the HubSpot edition, the existing configuration, and the systems involved.

WHAT WE DO

Small tools for very specific processes

We don't try to turn every process into a major product. We design the interface and logic needed for the team to complete a specific task without leaving the data ecosystem.

01

Reservations and Availability

Management of slots, sessions, groups, or resources linked to contacts and other CRM records.

02

Appointments and Schedules

Availability and booking features for processes that require more control than a generic calendar.

03

Classes and Courses

Registrations, attendees, capacity, statuses, and tracking linked to the CRM.

04

Operational Panels

Internal interfaces for checking context and performing actions without having to switch between multiple tools.

05

Internal Requests

Workflows for check-ins, reviews, approvals, or other tasks that require traceability within the process.

06

Specific experiences

Features designed around a real-world scenario where the standard process does not provide the appropriate interface.

WHEN IT MAKES SENSE

When Does It Make Sense to Build an In-House Application?

This warning usually appears when the process requires spreadsheets, makeshift forms, or additional software just to complete a task related to the CRM.

01

The process takes place outside of HubSpot

The information ends up in spreadsheets or standalone tools because there is no suitable interface.

02

The app requires too many clicks

The task exists in the CRM, but the standard user experience requires navigating through several objects or screens.

03

You need a very specific logic

Capabilities, states, rules, or validations do not fit well within standard components.

04

The data must remain in HubSpot

You don't want to add another database or standalone system to handle an operational process.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What You Should Know Before You Start

Does the app have to be hosted within HubSpot?

Not necessarily. Depending on the situation, you can use UI Extensions within HubSpot or integrate an external interface using APIs and proper authentication.

Can you create a private app for a single company?

Yes. The distribution and authentication approach depends on the scope and on whether the solution will be used on one or more portals.

Can applications use data from the CRM?

Yes, within the platform's permissions, scopes, and capabilities defined for the application.

Can they be connected to workflows?

In many cases, yes. The design can integrate the interface with HubSpot automations and, where appropriate, custom actions or integrations.

How do you decide whether you need an app or if configuring HubSpot is enough?

First, we review the process and native capabilities. We only consider development when there is a clear functional need that cannot be addressed in a maintainable way through configuration.
